Pond Foggers

Pond foggers serve a purely ornamental purpose. They work by vaporizing water into a mist or fog above the pond in order to accentuate the pond's lighting. Pond foggers are safe to use in conjunction with pond fish and other living creatures. Pond foggers are most effective when used in combination with lighting, in the dark, or on a wet or gray day. Pond foggers cost approximately $70 online, but they should be paired with a 'fogger float' which keeps the fogger floating and at the right depth for operation. A pond fogger must be submerged at a depth of 2 to 3 inches below the pond's surface in order for it to produce fog. Pond foggers sold in combination with colored LED lights are available online for about $150.
