Cordless Lawn Mowers

Fussing with the cord on an electric lawn mower has given them a reputation for being inconvenient. This is why cordless lawn mowers are extremely popular. Cordless lawn mowers run on batteries that need to be recharged. Cordless lawn mowers run more quietly then almost all other types of lawn mowers, plus they are more cost effective. The cost of using a cordless mower is relatively the same as using an electrical mower - at an average of $10 to $15 dollars per year. The disadvantages of using a cordless lawn mower is that wet grass, long grass and even thick grass can sometimes strain the battery. Cordless mowers might be impractical for those with lots of grass to cut, although some models come with a battery power level setting to suit the size of your lawn. Most cordless mowers will not need to be recharged after every cut. Most batteries can last from 45 to 90 minutes of continuous use.
